NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a Transitional Specialist for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program located in Westborough, MA.
The IRTP's are short-term locked facilities serving male and female youth who are referred through the Department of Mental Health (DMH). NFI’s IRTPs are state-wide residential programs for adolescents who have a serious mental illness and/or severe emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.
The Transitional Specialist is responsible for connecting clients to services offered in the program and in the community which meet the needs of the consumers.
Hourly: $23.00/hr
